RTI Activist Ram Chander Goyal, Distt. Bhatinda, Punjab demanded information regarding dues sewerage, water, House tax of Property and Mr Goyal's friend demanded information regarding illegal encroachment on Govt. land relating to Respected Ramesh Kumar Mattu (M.C.) from Municipal Committee Goniana under Right to Information Act 2005, afterthat attacked by encroachmenters on Mr Goyal then FIR lodged on dt : 27.Feb.2012 (View FIR). Now RC Goyal demands police protection/security which was not given.
